1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Repacer Ltd. ("Repacer", "we", "us" or "our") handles your information when you use the Repacer mobile application (the "App") or visit our website repacer.app (the "Website"). Our core principle is simple: your App data stays on your device. The App does not require an account, and we do not collect, transmit or store your personal data from the App on our servers. The Website, by contrast, uses third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use it — see Section 9 for details.
2. Information Stored by the App
The App stores the following information locally on your device only:
• Profile information you provide: nickname, avatar photo, gender, age, height and weight.
• Workout data: workout records, durations, repetitions, estimated calories and custom presets.
• Preferences: sound, vibration, voice, countdown, language and other app settings.
This information is used solely to provide the App's features, such as displaying your history, calculating calorie estimates and personalizing heart rate zone references.
3. On-Device Storage
All of the above data is stored in a local database and local preference files on your device. It is not synced to any cloud service operated by us and is not accessible to us. If your device backups (such as iCloud or Android backups) include app data, those backups are governed by the respective platform provider's privacy policy.
4. Apple Health (HealthKit)
On iOS, you may optionally allow the App to read basic information (such as gender, date of birth, height and weight) from Apple Health to pre-fill your profile. This data is read only with your explicit permission, is used only within the App, and is never shared with third parties, used for advertising or used for any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Settings or Health app.
The App may also write completed workout records to Apple Health with your permission, so your exercise data appears alongside your other health data. You can control read and write permissions independently in the Health app.
5. Notifications
With your permission, the App may send local notifications such as training reminders. Notifications are generated on your device; no data is sent to us. You can disable notifications at any time in the App or in your system settings.
6. Camera and Photos
If you choose to set an avatar, the App may request access to your camera or photo library. The selected image is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. Because your data never leaves your device through the App, there is nothing for us to share. If the App offers a data export feature (e.g. JSON/CSV), export is initiated by you, and you control where the exported files go.
8. Analytics and Tracking
The App does not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. If we introduce optional, privacy-preserving crash reporting or analytics in the App in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. Analytics used on our Website are described in Section 9 below.
9. Website Analytics and Cookies
Unlike the App, our Website uses two third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content: Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft). Only after you accept cookies in our consent banner:
• Google Analytics 4 collects information such as pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type via the "_ga" cookie. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.
• Microsoft Clarity records anonymized interaction data (clicks, scrolling and session replays) via the "_clck" and "_clsk" cookies to generate usage heatmaps. Form inputs are automatically masked, and no names, emails, passwords or other personal identifiers are collected.
If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the page footer, or delete existing cookies through your browser settings. Data collected by these services is transferred to and processed by Google and Microsoft under their respective privacy policies.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. You can delete individual workout records within the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data.
11. Security
Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features (such as device encryption and app sandboxing). We recommend using a device passcode and keeping your operating system up to date.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and never transmitted to us, we have no access to any user's data, including that of minors.
13. Your Rights
Because your data is stored only on your device, you have direct control over it at all times: you can view, edit, export or delete it within the App, or remove everything by uninstalling the App. If you have questions about your privacy rights under applicable law (such as GDPR or CCPA), contact us at support@repacer.app.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be highlighted in the App where appropriate.
